Information for Users
For users with active collaborations
All in-app messaging and collaboration tools are no longer available. If you wish to continue working with previous collaborators, please contact them directly using any contact information you may have exchanged.
For users with pending payouts
If you had a verified, completed paid collaboration that was funded through Collabor8 and believe you are owed funds, please contact us at support@collabor8app.com with the relevant collaboration details (e.g., counterparty username, exact amount, and date of collaboration).
Escrow-related inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must meet verification requirements.
For all users
Your account data may be retained for a limited period for legal and accounting purposes, then will be securely deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

The Collabor8 app is no longer accessible. Account data is being retained briefly for legal purposes and will then be securely deleted.
Can I download my data?

I have funds in escrow. What should I do?
If you believe funds remain in escrow for a specific, verified collaboration, contact Collabor8 support at support@collabor8app.com with the relevant collaboration details (counterparty username, exact amount, and date of collaboration). Escrow-related inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must meet verification requirements.
Can I still contact my collaborators?
The in-app messaging system is no longer available. If you exchanged direct contact information with collaborators prior to the shutdown, you may reach out to them through those channels.
